Nick Chong is the Founder & CEO of Jolli.ai and also a Venture Partner at Fellows Fund. He spent nearly 13 years at Zoom, rising from Head of Product to Chief Customer Officer, where he led global customer support and services. Previously, Chong led Cisco’s first emerging technology business unit in India and also held senior product leadership roles at Perfigo (acquired by Cisco) and IntruVert Networks (acquired by McAfee), helping build market-leading network security platforms. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University and an MBA from Santa Clara University, and was inducted into the K-State Carl R. Ice College of Engineering Hall of Fame.
