Mariela Rodriguez
HRIS Specialist
Mariela is a member of the HR Information Systems team. In her HRIS Specialist role, she supports the maintenance of the Workday human resources system as well as other related system tools. Mariela is also responsible for supporting all HR functions by providing HR system support, reporting, and business process design improvement. 
 
Mariela first joined the University in 2006 working at the Alexander Community Law Center. She then moved to the Human Resources Department where she managed the student employment function and HR service desk operations.
