W-2 Tax Form Paper Opt-out Option

We would like to encourage all active employees to consider opting out of receiving a paper W-2 form. By opting out of the paper form you reduce the risk of having your printed W-2 form being misplaced or lost in the mail and you will also contribute to the sustainability efforts of reducing paper use.

As we start the process of generating the 2020 W-2 Tax forms, we would like to encourage all active employees to consider opting out of receiving a paper W-2 Form.

All active employees will have access to their W-2 forms in Workday. By opting out of the paper form, however, you reduce the risk of having your printed W-2 form being misplaced or lost in the mail and you will also contribute to the sustainability efforts of reducing paper use.

If you elected to opt-out and submitted your election in Workday last year, you do not need to take any action to opt out this year.

All printed W-2 forms will be mailed out no later than February 1, 2021.

Select the “Pay” Worklet => Select “My Tax Documents” under the View section => Select the “Edit” option => Select the “Receive electronic copy of my Year End Tax Documents” and click OK/Done
