Paid Family Leaves

Santa Clara University provides Paid Family Leave Insurance (PFL) administered by The Matrix. This plan provides wage replacement to those on an approved leave of absence to care for a spouse, domestic partner, child, or parent with a serious health condition, or to bond with a newborn within the first year of life or a child within the first year following adoption or foster care placement.
