Core Objectives

1. Co-create a strategy for assessment that supports learning, evidence-based decision-making, and clear articulation of the Library's contributions.
2. Review and streamline existing assessment activities and structures to ensure they are purposeful, relevant, and aligned with both the Library's strategy and its capacity across services, collections, spaces, and programs.
3. Reframe the culture of assessment by building habits of reflection that lead to concrete, visible improvements.
