Responsible for leading a teams of business operations professionals in the area of Contracts, Estimating, Proposals, Financial Planning and Analysis, Project Management and Mergers and Acquisitions. Throughout her career, she has been a strong advocate of coaching and mentoring as well as diversity in the workplace. Key highlights of her career included leading a team of business professionals to implement an optimized project management controls system to ensure an over $500 million fixed price project met customer requirements while achieving financial and schedule objectives.
