Charles Goldenberg
Charles Goldenberg is an adjunct lecturer with the Information Systems and Analytics department at the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University.
Charlie has spent over 35 years as a management consultant and senior advisor to executive management within the high technology and telecommunications industries. His expertise includes: IT management, digital transformation, software licensing, SaaS license enablement, M&A, and post-merger integration.
Most recently, Charlie led Technology and Communications Consulting for Cognizant Technology Solutions, a global IT Services provider. He built a global team of over 300 consultants at Cognizant and worked with some of the largest technology and telecommunications corporations. Prior to his role at Cognizant, Charlie held partner positions at Deloitte Consulting, KPMG Consulting, and Oliver Wyman Group. He started his consulting career with Booz Allen.
Charlie received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, with honors, from U.C. Santa Barbara, and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering (now Management Sciences and Engineering) from Stanford University. Charlie holds professional engineering registrations in both Mechanical and Industrial Engineering.
