Brenda Fellows, Ph.D.

Quarterly Lecturer, Management

Dr. Brenda Fellows is a Lecturer in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business, where she teaches courses in strategic leadership and management. Her expertise spans industrial/organizational psychology, strategic leadership, corporate governance, and organizational development, with a particular focus on what she terms Advanced Leadership Intelligence: the eight dimensions of transformative and resilient leadership.

Dr. Fellows brings more than twenty-five years of experience as a strategy and management consultant, working with federal government agencies, corporate boards, and C-suite executives across the technology, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and telecommunications sectors. She is President and CEO of Fellows Corporate Consortium, LLC, a San Francisco Bay Area consultancy specializing in organizational development, change management, executive leadership development, and organizational design and effectiveness.

Beyond Santa Clara, Dr. Fellows serves as Professional Faculty at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and Goldman School of Public Policy, UC Berkeley Extension International Diploma Programs, and Harvard University's T.H. Chan School of Public Health, where she instructs executive leaders, physicians, and engineers. She is a visiting professor at business schools throughout Europe and Asia and has served on the Scientific Advisory Board of the Dr. Jeffrey Thomas Stroke Shield Foundation since 2011.

Dr. Fellows is the author of "Your Personal Power Up: Five Steps to Take Control of Your Life and Career," based on her award-winning research, with forthcoming books on strategic leadership and the organizational impacts of stress and well-being. Her work centers on helping business professionals transition from reactive management to proactive, resilient strategic leadership.
