Tammy Madsen presented her research, “Age Cohorts, Ownership and the Rates of Founding and Entry” and “Cluster Shocks and Firm Failure: The Contingent Effects of Community Social Capital”, at Strategic Management Society Meetings, Houston, TX. She also presented her paper (coauthored with Nydia MacGregor), “Shocks and Competitive Consequences: Landscapes of Churn, Burn, or Renewal” at the Academy of Management (AOM) Conference, Atlanta, GA.
