Debbie Dyson : Climbing the Corporate Ladder and Leadership : Women of Power
Alumna Debbie Dyson ’88, the Corporate Vice President at ADP, was recently interviewed for the Black Enterprise Woman of Power Summit on her experiences starting at ADP and climbing to where she is now. In the interview, she reflects upon her unique position as a woman of color finding her own voice and sitting in a position of power. She looks at her past mistakes and considers how she can create opportunities for others moving forward.
