Gangshu Cai : Professor Cai Named Prominent Retail Author, Recipient of Award, and Research Grant
Gangshu Cai, Assistant Professor of Operations Management and Information Systems, was recently named in a study on prominent authors of retail journals; he ranked fourth on a list of the top twenty influential authors.

On top of that, Professor Cai was the recognized in two huge ways recently. He was awarded the Outstanding Associate Editor of Decision Sciences Journal in 2016, and received a research grant from the National Natural Science Foundation of China. This prestigious grant of CNY2,000,000 (approx. $300,000) will support his project on Channel Competition and Sustainability in Supply Chain Finance and is only given to one winner per year in the entire field of business nationwide in China.
