Santa Clara alumnus Hang Chang MBA ’12 was recently named Celtic Bank’s new Vice President of Business Development for the bank’s SBA and Commercial Lending Department. He will be based out of San Francisco, and brings years of sales and credit experience in banking and SBA to the table.
