Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business Ranked Among the Best

Strong showing for Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business in 2021 U.S. News & World Report Best Graduate Business Schools Rankings

SANTA CLARA, Calif., March 17, 2020 — Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business (LSB) has prominently featured as a prestigious graduate business school according to the latest U.S. News & World Report yearly rankings. Most notably, the Executive MBA, a completely redesigned 20-month MBA program, rose two spots to No. 11, beating out similar programs at the University of Southern California, Georgetown University, and Pepperdine, among others. With a mission to develop innovative leaders who can significantly impact Silicon Valley, the Executive MBA recently launched an Industry Advisory Group to further enhance quality and visibility.

The Leavey School’s graduate specializations in entrepreneurship also experienced significant gains, increasing four places to No. 20. Finance saw the largest leap, moving up six spots and capturing the No. 10 spot--ranking higher than the University of California, Los Angeles; Duke University; and Yale University.

The part-time Master of Business Administration at Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business (LSB) ranked in the top ten percent--No. 25 of 277 schools profiled--the fourth highest in California and second in the Bay Area. Driving this prestigious ranking is a focus on principled leadership a core course as well as a boot camp (Leadership Challenges course) that is unique for a part-time program. In addition, to ensure continued innovation, LSB launched an MBA Alumni Advisory Board
