Why did you apply to the ACE Program?
I was motivated to apply to ACE because of its strong community of like-minded, driven, and determined students and faculty who will challenge me to grow personally, professionally, and academically. I am excited to be surrounded by peers who consistently strive for excellence and inspire those around them. I am eager to share my own perspectives and knowledge with others to help them reach their own goals within ACE. I am confident that ACE will allow me to develop into a stronger leader and prepare me adequately for my future endeavors.

What are your summer plans?
This summer I have been working with Bay Area Community Resources at the Venetia Valley School Community Camp. My Co-Lead and I have been teaching and supervising a class of 23 second grade students in STEM, reading, arts, and sports activities. I have also been continuing to work as an event production specialist for Meliora, to create, produce, and run mass participation events all over the Bay Area alongside several clients.

What is one thing you are looking forward to this upcoming school year?
I am really excited to continue to immerse myself into SCU. I hope to discover more organizations, people, and places that will help me learn and grow during my time at Santa Clara, and beyond. I am especially excited to take more Economics classes that will expand my interest and knowledge in the subject and my future career.
