In this 15 week program, you will learn to use design thinking principles and mindsets to strengthen your leadership skills for navigating an increasingly ambiguous world and build your way forward to a future where you can thrive.

October 16, 2026: Applications Open
November 6, 2026 (noon): Application deadline
November 30, 2026: Selected participants notified
December 3, 2026: Deadline to confirm participation
December 8, 2026, 6PM-7PM: Orientation
To be eligible for the Senior Leadership Academy, you must have a 2.5 GPA, attend all seminars and fully participate in the mentor experience. Sessions will take place Wednesdays from 11:45 am - 1:15pm. An offsite retreat will take place the weekend of April 16, 2027
