In the heart of Silicon Valley, Santa Clara University Women in Business (WiB) is a student-led organization committed to preparing women for success throughout their professional journeys. Through structured mentorship, intentional networking, and industry engagement, we equip members with the hard skills, resources, and connections to confidently navigate the transition from college to career. Our community bridges knowledge gaps, expands access to professional opportunities, and prepares women to lead in and out of the workplace.

When I arrived to SCU, I wanted nothing more than to be apart of a group of like-minded young female professionals. WiB gave me the space to explore my interests, gain hands-on leadership experience, and scale my career ambitions.

After joining as a member my first year and spending the past two years on the executive board, stepping into the Co-President role has been an incredible way to give back to our community and continue to drive forward women’s access and advancement in the business world, which I’m deeply passionate about.
