Headshot Session For Winter Quarter: Upgrade your LinkedIn Profile with a Professional Headshot!
The Undergraduate Business Program offers professional headshots for business majors. The professional photographer will be here several times during Winter quarter to take your headshot at no cost to you. These images will be yours to use for LinkedIn or any other professional profile needs. Once you sign up, we will email you with more details.
Sign up using the following link:
- Week 2: January 14 (Wed) 12 -2 pm
- Week 3: January 21 (Wed) 3-5 pm
- Week 4: January 29 (Thurs) 12-2 pm
- Week 5: February 5 ( Thurs) 12-2 pm
- Week 6: February 12 (Thurs) 3-5 pm (Lucas 125)

When you arrive for your headshot, please make sure you are wearing appropriate professional clothing with no distracting colors or patterns. Tips for attire and preparation: Make sure you are wearing appropriate professional clothing with no distracting colors or patterns. Your photo is taken from the waist up, so we recommend blazers, professional shirts, preferably long sleeves and ties where interested. Jewelry is fine. Hats and wrinkled clothes are not recommended.
Please ensure you are logged on with your SCU Google account to access the sign-up sheet. You will receive a confirmation email 48 hours prior to your headshot appointment.
Headshot Policy & No-Show Guidelines
The Undergraduate Business Program covers the full cost of professional headshots, and appointment availability is limited. To ensure fair access for all students, we ask that you carefully review and respect our attendance guidelines.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please notify us in advance so we can offer your spot to another student and reschedule you for a future date. Students who miss their appointment without prior notice will not be eligible for future headshot sessions.
