In March, the Religious Studies Department lost two faculty members, both of whom played influential roles in the department, across the University, and in the wider worlds of Catholic theology and Religious Studies.
Both Denise Carmody and Teresia Hinga made substantial contributions in their fields as well as being generous human beings, kind and wise mentors, and supportive colleagues. We miss them dearly.
Please join us in remembering the families of Denise Carmody and Teresia Hinga and in gratitude for their exemplary lives of teaching, scholarship, and service.
