Senior HR Partner and Compensation Specialist
Abby is responsible for the management and administration in the areas of compensation policies and programs, talent acquisition, staffing services and performance. Prior to coming to Santa Clara, Abby was the Employee Relations Coordinator at Loma Linda University Health. She received her B.S. in Business Administration from Pacific Union College and her M.B.A. from the University of Redlands.
