Board of Directors
In accordance with its Articles of Incorporation and the Apostolic Constitution Veritatis Gaudium, the Board of Directors has responsibility for the operations of the Jesuit School of Theology, as the Bylaws and Statutes specify.
The Board consists of a minimum of 15 trustees but no more than 27. At least seven of the Director positions will be for Jesuits, including the Rector of the Jesuit Community at JST.
Directors serve for three-year terms except for the President, the Rector of the Jesuit Community, JST's Vice Chancellor (the President of the Jesuit Conference of Canada and the USA), and the head of the Jesuits' USA West Province, who serve by virtue of their offices.
