Use this form to request that the Library purchase a new book or video title for course reserves.

  • New materials take a minimum of three business days to receive and process.
  • Streaming video requests may take up to five business days to license.
  • If a video is unavailable in streaming format and the Blu-ray/DVD is acceptable, it will take a minimum of five additional business days to receive and process.
