Information as of May 19, 2017

General Information

According to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), student information cannot be disclosed to any third party (including parents) without written consent. Students need to be aware of their rights under FERPA.

If a student would like the university to be able to discuss financial matters and student records with a third party (like parents), then the student needs to complete the FERPA waiver form. This waiver can be submitted at any time during the year.
