Each academic program is expected to submit an annual assessment report that describes its assessment project(s) for the year.
The Annual Assessment Form should be submitted to the Educational Assessment, copying the Dean of the School, by June 1.
The University Assessment Committee and Educational Assessment provide feedback to each program before the beginning of the academic year.
Copies of each program's annual assessment report and the feedback are maintained in department folders on SCU's Google Drive.
