Jodee Sinclair is a finance executive with over 28 years experience specializing in global finance, financial systems and project management in support of rapid geo expansion and global product launches within high-tech and consumer goods industries. Her career has been fueled by her passion for developing diverse teams and driving innovative financial solutions supported by flexible data analytics, thereby increasing the time finance professionals can spend time partnering with the business. Currently she is a VP at Apple Inc. where she is leading the Systems and Projects Transformation Office. Additionally, Jodee enjoys sharing her vast knowledge and experience to mentor and develop new talent.
Jodee has enjoyed a wild ride during her tenure at Apple as they experienced unprecedented growth of 300%. In order to enable her team and the entire Finance organization to scale rapidly, her Global Projects Office has launched over 1,000 projects including over 40 new legal entities around the world. These releases supported new product and geo launches across multiple sales channels while simultaneously releasing critical finance enterprise level platforms. Prior to Apple, Jodee worked at Cisco Systems for over nine years where she was rotated and promoted through many finance and operational roles. Her roles ranged from division financial controller up to the global senior leader responsible for creation of global ordering and finance shared service centers. While at Cisco she obtained her certificate for Advanced Program Management from Stanford and studied Six Sigma.
Jodee was the first college graduate in her family when she obtained her B.S. in Business Administration from California State University Hayward. After obtaining her degree, Jodee started her career at KMPG where she earned her CPA. Following KPMG she spent time at consumer goods companies such as, Specialty Brands and The Clorox Company, before joining Cisco Systems.
