Annual Sophomore Accounting/A&IS Career Fair
The Accounting Department hosted its second annual Sophomore Accounting/A&IS Career Fair on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 in Locatelli Center from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. The following twelve firms attended and conversed with over 70 students:

The Sophomore Accounting/A&IS Career Fair provided young SCU students with the opportunity to interact with firms and learn more about summer leadership programs internships. Firm recruitment of undergraduate Accounting and A&IS majors has evolved to the point that a significant percentage of CPA firm recruiting for their summer junior internship programs occur while the students are still sophomores (a year in advance of the internship!) Many of our students who attended the Career Fair were later invited by several of these firms to interview for 2019 summer leadership programs and internships during the week of March 4-8 at the SCU Career Center.
