CARE Administrator: Linda Zuccaro
Linda Zuccaro joined Santa Clara University in August 2018 as the Senior Administrative Assistant for the Center for Accounting Research and Education (CARE). Linda is an alumna of Washington State University, where she graduated with an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE). She began her professional career as a software quality engineer with Varian Medical Systems and then enjoyed a successful start-up experience in both a software quality and product marketing role with IMPAC Medical Systems, Inc. Following an extended leave to spend time with family, Linda held contract positions in the oncology industry where she utilized her background in software quality engineering and product management. She finds higher education a refreshing change from the technology industry and welcomes the opportunity to work with the faculty and students in the Santa Clara University community.
Linda was married in the Santa Clara Mission to her husband, Joe, and they have two adult daughters, Sarah and Kate. While not at Santa Clara, Linda enjoys spending time with her family and friends biking, hiking, cooking, exploring new eateries, and walking her Shiba Inu, Samson.
