SCU's Annual Meet the Firms Night
Meet the Firms Night is the SCU Accounting Association’s annual career fair that is held each fall quarter. This year’s event, organized by senior Accounting Association officer Evan Chen, took place in Locatelli Hall on Wednesday, September 27, 2018. Approximately 130 students met with representatives from 28 firms interested in hiring students as either interns or full-time employees following graduation. About half of the students at the event were current or recent graduates from the CAAP program, with the other half equally divided among senior, junior, and sophomore/first year accounting or A&IS majors. The number of students attending the event was approximately the same as last year.
