Academic Department Manager
Before joining Santa Clara University, Jocelyn spent many years teaching at the elementary level. She holds a B.A. in Liberal Studies from California State University, Chico, and an M.S. in Education from National University.
Drawing on her teaching background, Jocelyn is dedicated to fostering a supportive, student-centered environment and providing strong administrative support to faculty. She approaches her work with the same care and perspective she brings as a parent, striving to help students feel confident, supported, and empowered while away from home.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark, and their two sons. Together, they love backpacking, camping, and traveling to visit their large extended family.
