Tim is Chief Operating Officer for Altic at InvestCloud, where he is helping build
and scale the technology infrastructure enabling private markets and alternative
investments to become more broadly accessible across wealth management. He
brings more than 25 years of experience building, scaling, and leading technology
businesses across financial services, asset management, artificial intelligence, and
other technology industries, with leadership experience spanning general
management, sales, finance, product, and operations. Prior to InvestCloud, Tim led
Private Markets for State Street Alpha and Charles River Development following
State Street’s acquisition of Mercatus, the investment management technology
company he co-founded. At State Street, he helped scale the private markets
platform to support more than $2.5 trillion in assets and led the business through its
next stage of growth and institutionalization. Tim co-founded Mercatus after
earning his MBA from Santa Clara University in 2008 and helped build the
company from inception through its acquisition by State Street in 2021. He also
earned his undergraduate degree from Santa Clara in 1996 and continues to be
actively involved with the University. Outside of work, Tim is a musician who
plays the trombone and an avid martial artist who holds a third-degree black belt in
Tae Kwon Do.
