She is ranked as one of the world's most influential management thinkers (one of her TED talks has been referenced 300 million times). She has published four books on collaborative management; her latest, Our Best Work, has been shortlisted for best book of the year by the Thinkers50 organization. She is the co-founder of The Intangible Labs (TIL), where she’s defining the future-facing metrics that enable organizations to do what matters. She received her MBA from SCU in 2000.
