Full Advisory Board Profiles

Erica is a triple Bronco, holding a BCom, MBA, and JD from Santa Clara
University, along with an MPA from UC Berkeley. Her career in construction
spans project management, cost estimating, consulting, and labor relations, with
experience at Devcon Construction, DPR Construction, Rosendin Electric, and
Cupertino Electric. Erica serves as Political and Communications Director of UA
Local 393, representing more than 3,200 Plumbers, Pipefitters, Steamfitters, and
HVAC/R Technicians across Santa Clara and San Benito Counties. She is the only
female Political Director in the United States, Canada, and Australia within the
United Association. Drawing on her background in construction, business, and
law, Erica leads government relations and policy efforts at the local, state, and
federal levels, advocating for working families and the skilled trades.
