Jim Hall
Emeritus
Jim Hall is an emeritus Associate Professor of Management. His Ph.D. is from the University of Washington. At Santa Clara he taught courses in organizational behavior, organizational communication and industrial relations for 46 years. Jim’s research interests included motivation, team effectiveness and the performance appraisal process. His research has been published in a variety of journals including Group and Organizational Studies, Business Horizons, California Management Review, Training and Development Journal, and SAM Advanced Management Journal. He received awards for outstanding teaching and service from both the Leavey School and the University.
