Gary Richman is a Lecturer in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business, where he teaches courses in leadership, marketing, and general management.
Richman brings more than thirty years of experience as a strategy, business, and marketing leader in the technology industry. At Intel Corporation, he served as Marketing Director and General Manager with P&L responsibility, defining and launching products and innovations spanning computers, robotics, and cloud software. He continues to advise startups and small businesses, and currently runs a small business developing AI tools designed to complement the learning experience.
Before joining Santa Clara, Richman served as a Fellow in the Lucas College and Graduate School of Business at San Jose State University in 2024. He also works as an Independent College Counselor, helping high school students navigate the college application process.
Richman holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Engineering.
