Abstract
The transition to clean energy is essential to mitigate the environmental impact of fossil fuel consumption and reduce global carbon emissions. Although renewable energy sources are gaining momentum globally, fossil fuels remain dominant in energy production. Over the past four decades, the share of renewable energy has increased significantly, while fossil fuel usage has started to decline. Technologies such as geothermal, tidal, and algae-based energy production offer promising alternatives to traditional power sources. This paper explores the development and potential of these three clean energy solutions and emphasizes the importance of a diversified, sustainable energy mix for the future.
