In my lab, we are currently investigating whether and how online communication affects dating relationships. There are several ongoing projects, including a qualitative interview study and several survey-based studies. Students in my lab assist in data collection, which may involve interacting with student participants, statistical analysis, writing up results, and presenting them at conferences. It is helpful if potential RAs have taken Psyc 153: Psychology of Relationships and if they have some experience with data analysis.
