HRIS Manager
As the HRIS Manager, Maria is responsible for the functional support and maintenance of all HR Systems and ensures that the HR organizational system needs are met. Maria is also responsible for supporting all HR functions by providing HR system support, analysis, reporting, and business process design improvement. This includes working closely with the HR staff and IT technical support team gathering business requirements and doing analysis, design, testing, documentation, and end-user training for upgrades and enhancements of the PeopleSoft HRMS. Maria also provides web support for the HR pages and various assigned HR projects related to systems, data, process development, data integrity, and related issues across the full spectrum of HR support areas: benefits, compensation, payroll, employment, training, and reporting. Maria joined the University in 2009.
