2020 ACA Forms

Affordable Care Act forms, 1095-C forms have been mailed to Benefit Eligible employees. The 2020 1095-C are also now available in Workday. SCU benefit eligible employees can access their 2020 1095-C Form under the Benefits worklet by selecting the "View My ACA Forms" sub-menu.
