Senior Assistant Director for New Student and Parent Programs

The Senior Assistant Director for New Student and Parent Programs provides institutional leadership and support for New Student Orientation and Parent Programs. The Senior Assistant Director will create, plan, oversee and implement all orientation programs including Orientation for new students and parents as well as Welcome Weekend. The Senior Assistant Director will also coordinate all aspects of Family Weekend as well as new student and parent programs in collaboration with campus partners.

ADA/504 Coordinator

The ADA/504 Coordinator serves as the University’s primary compliance officer for disability access, reporting to the Vice President for Inclusive Excellence. The role is responsible for ensuring full accessibility and equitable accommodation across all campus facilities, digital technologies, websites, and employment practices. To mitigate risk and promote inclusion, the Coordinator monitors adherence to complex federal and California state laws (including the ADA, Rehabilitation Act, WCAG, and FEHA), develops campus-wide training, tracks compliance data, and advises executive leadership on systemic accessibility improvements.

HVAC Mechanic

Working under general supervision, the HVAC/R Technician maintains, repairs, installs, and modifies a variety of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The role requires a multifaceted skill set that includes troubleshooting and wiring electrical circuits, performing mechanical overhauls on equipment like boilers and compressors, and fabricating structural components or piping. Additionally, the technician is responsible for operational documentation, which involves following manufacturer literature, ordering parts, maintaining machinery history logs, and developing preventative maintenance requirements.
