Nadja Conway brings over a decade of experience in higher education, administration, faculty support and academic program management. Prior to joining Faculty Affairs, Nadja held leadership roles at Loyola Marymount University and UC Riverside. At LMU, she served as a Senior Lecturer in the School of Education while also coordinating faculty-facing programs that connected coursework, clinical practice and teacher performance assessments. Her work involved close collaboration with faculty, supervisors, and administrators to develop clear, equitable processes aligned with accreditation and state standards. At UC Riverside, she worked with academic leadership and union representatives on policy revisions in preparation for accreditation.
Nadja has presented at state and national conferences and is a longtime advocate for arts education and inclusive teaching practices. She is a proud alumna of Santa Clara University where she earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees and began her career in higher education as an adjunct faculty member. She is deeply committed to the University’s Jesuit mission and values of collaboration, integrity and service. Outside of work, she enjoys surfing and hiking with her family.
