Account and System Access

All faculty members with academic year appointments will automatically have access to the system. Click on the Interfolio tile in the MySCU portal and log in with your SSO credentials.

Yes, the system will allow you to designate anyone with access to update and enter activities in your profile. Please direct the request to faculty180@scu.edu.

To get you started, the Interfolio team is available by phone, via email, or to meet in person for training sessions. The team can meet with departments as requested. Any questions can be directed to faculty180@scu.edu.

Review, Promotion, and Tenure Module: Review Workflow

Yes, each user has a dashboard that will list deadlines, application progress, and outcomes. Reminders will also be sent by email.

Faculty180 Module: Profile and Data Entry

  1. In the Faculty180 menu on the left-hand side, click on "Vitas & Biosketches"
  2. Choose the vita you want to review by clicking on the blue "eye" icon to the right of the corresponding vita
  3. Update the "Begin" and "End" dates to correspond with the range of dates you want to review
  4. Click the "Refresh Vita" button
  5. Click the "Export/Share" button and select the format you prefer, then save the file to your computer

Make any needed changes to the entries in the Activities section. Then repeat the above steps to regenerate the vita.
