Check-In Information

When you arrive on campus, head to the Bannan Alumni House. Think of Bannan as your Grand Reunion HQ—pick up your name tag, grab some free SCU goodies, ask our staff questions about the weekend, purchase exclusive SCU Alumni gear, and find out where to go for all your events.

Want to keep your reunion moving as smoothly as possible? Stop by check-in as soon as you arrive so you’re not held up at any events you want to attend.

We’re also running a clothing drive through the new on-campus thrift store, Bucky’s Closet. You can help future alumni dress for success by donating your gently-used professional attire at the Bannan Alumni House during check-in hours.

If your class year ends in a 0 or 5, you’re celebrating a milestone reunion—and we’ve got a limited-edition SCU alumni tote bag just for you! But they’re only available at Bannan check-in, while supplies last.

Daytime:

Check-in hours at the Bannan Alumni House are:

Thursday, Oct. 9: 2–4 p.m.

Friday, Oct. 10: 9 a.m.–4 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 11: 9 a.m.–4 p.m.

Friday Evening:

Check-in will move to Abby Sobrato Mall for the Block Party and to The Hut for Young Alumni Night.

Saturday Evening:

Class of ’70

Check-in will move to Benson Center for your class dinner

Class of ’75

Check-in will move to Locatelli Center for your class dinner

All other Classes

Check-in will move in front of St. Joseph’s Hall for your class party

If you are only attending the Saturday afternoon Gianera Lunch, you may also check in at the event.
