Established in 2007, Barebottle Brewing Co. is a San Francisco-inspired, competition-based production craft brewery with taprooms in San Francisco and Santa Clara.

Founded by Birk McCandless MBA '74, Birk's Restaurant will be helping out at Vintage 2024. They will be bringing prime rib sliders and their delicious signature calamari! Thank you Birk's Restaurant! 

Bricoleur Vineyards, owned and operated by the Hanson Family, opened in Windsor in 2020 and in a short time has earned national recognition for their culinary offerings and wine.

Cardella Winery, founded by the Cardella Family including Angie Cardella Meissner '96, Bill Meissner '99, and Nic Cardella '08, takes great pride in producing food and wine for the world to enjoy.

Classic Wines of California, proudly owned by the Franzia family (SCU alumni) and founded in 1973, is a family-owned company that sells and distributes great products across the marketplace.

CleanEats, owned by the Miller family (SCU alumni such as Ashley Miller Ellingwood '05 and Arielle Miller DDS Graduates), is a Meal Prep service that sets itself apart with the convenience of a storefront and meals made fresh on the spot.

Eataly is an Italian marketplaces comprising a variety of restaurants, food and beverage counters, bakery, and retail items. Alumni like Frankie Bastone '15, MBA '22 contribute to this wonderful market. 

Five Points, owned by Jeanette O'Flaherty '86,  Brendan O'Flaherty '85, JD'89, Connor O'Flaherty JD '19 and  Jeff Hoever '82, is one of downtown San Jose's most popular craft cocktail bars.

Fontanella Family Winery, proudly owned by Karen Fontanella ’97 and the rest of her family has been creating exceptional wines for nearly 15 years.

The Fortino family, proud owners of Fortino Winery, have been growing, crushing, fermenting, aging, bottling, and labeling their wines for over 30 years.

GiaDomella, founded by Richard Passalacqua ’83, J.D. ’86, Victoria (Guerra) Passalacqua ’84, and family, produces premium wines sourced directly from the E Passalacqua Family Estate Vineyard, which has been in the family since the late 1890s.

Guglielmo Winery produces around 40,000 plus cases annually. Established by the Guglielmo family, including Gene Guglielmo ’71, they have produced award-winning wines in the Santa Clara Valley since 1925.

Hollow Wines, founded by Woodson "Quinn" Hobbs ’09, handcrafts the best natural wines sourced from organic and dry-farmed vineyards.

Joseph George Wine is a 3rd generation family company and has distributed wine for 80 years. Located in the heart of the Napa Valley, their purpose is to grow the best Sauvignon Blanc grapes.

Neto's Sausage and Santa Cruz Pasta Factory are a partnership of two family-owned and operated gourmet food companies. Founded in 1948 and 2007 respectively, their food is rooted in family traditions, and they take pride in sharing their love of fresh pasta with friends and customers.

Nicholson Vineyards and Winery was founded by the Nicholson Family. Rooted in the mountains of Santa Cruz County, Nicholson Vineyards creates small lots of handcrafted wines that represent California’s unique mountain and coastal vineyards. 

Nox Cookie Bar was founded by Nathan Pendleton '85, MBA '89. The store's founding idea transcended age, gender, and ethnicity – who doesn’t like cookies and milk?  

O'Flaherty's Irish pub, founded in 2002 dedicated, itself to welcoming every guest with Irish hospitality, because at O'Flaherty's, “You're a stranger here but once." Many Broncos are in the ownership family, including Brendan O'Flaherty ’85 and JD ’89, Jeanette O'Flaherty ’86, Connor O'Flaherty ’19, Rory O'Flaherty ’87, Niamh Pellegrini ’88

Pelayo Cider, co-founded by Anthony Copriviza ’15 and Natalie Harrington ’15, inspired by traditional Asturian techniques and focuses on creating cider in its purest form. 

Surrounded by 33 acres of beautiful redwood trees in the Santa Cruz Mountains, Poetic Cellars offers stunning scents and flavors with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, providing a tranquil and sensuous winetasting experience.

Robert Mondavi established his namesake winery in 1966 with a vision to create Napa Valley wines that would stand in the company of the world’s finest.

South Winchester BBQ, managed by alumnus Michael Kohl ’13, offers generous plates of BBQ & sandwiches at this down-to-earth counter-serve with a patio.

Rob (’86) and Diana (’88) Jensen, founders of Testarossa Winery, met while studying electrical engineering. Testarossa Winery is a producer of premier California Pinot Noir and Chardonnay situated in a wonderful, forested area near downtown Los Gatos.

The Hut Santa Clara, located a few yards from campus, is one of the most well-known restaurants for SCU alumni and students. Many Broncos are in the ownership group, including Claranne Ravizza ’78, Andy Schatzman ’83, Peggy Schatzman ’83, Kevin Walters ’82, Pete Geremia ’82, Gary Filizetti ’67, Brian Morton ’87, the Long family, and the O'Connor family.

Established in 1982, originally as part of Florentine Restaurants, The Pasta Market continues to bring old-world family recipes to your table. Alumni like Bob ’85 and Julia ’84 contribute to this wonderful market.

Alumnus Gene Guglielmo, grandson of winery founder Emilio Guglielmo, upholds the legacy of Wineries of Santa Clara Valley. They are responsible for making this valley known as the first premium wine-producing region in California and home to numerous world-class, award-winning wines.
