Rachel is currently finishing her doctoral work at the University of San Francisco, where she will receive her EdD in the International and Multicultural Education program in Spring 2023. Rachel's research looks at food insecurity on college campuses, and how participatory action research methods can help center students in the solutions to community problems. At CFIE, Rachel will continue her research in food insecurity, as well as looking into other existing issues in the global and local food systems.
