Interim Director, CFIE
Carol focuses on Programs, Projects and Planning for the Center for Food Innovation and Entrepreneurship. She provides support to Erika French-Arnold and Dr. Greg Baker. Together with a great team of student assistants, Carol helps coordinate immersive study trips, on-campus events, field trips, and undergraduate and postgraduate involvement in CFIE concentrations.
Before working with the CFIE, Carol was an Administrative Supervisor for Macy’s. She has a BS in Consumer Sciences from Purdue University and an AAS in Advertising and Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She has held many positions with Macy’s including Buyer, Merchandising Coordinator, and Department Manager. She has championed a Bag Hunger Campaign for Macy’s for the past 4 years and volunteered this summer at Second Helpings a Hunger Relief and Culinary Job Training Program in Indianapolis, IN.
