Kristen is an adjunct faculty member in the Management & Entrepreneurship Department in the Leavey School of Business. They teaches Global Food, Startup Culture, and Climate Change: A Look Forward.
Kristen is the Director of Sustainability at Google, Canteen, and has been working in the sustainability field for 15 years, both in public and private institutions of higher education as well as the private sector with clients including Nike and Google. They hold a master's degree in Public Affairs with a specialization in Environmental Policy from the University of Texas at Austin. They have served as a mentor through AASHE's popular program for early-career sustainability professionals.
