As an economics student, you will have a variety of opportunities to get hands-on experience through internships and immersion programs, exposing you to modern research questions and methods, and on some occasions opportunities for co-authorship.
Economics Association
The Economics Association is the undergraduate student organization for Economics majors at Santa Clara. The Association sponsors social events, guest speakers, and economics tutoring.
Hazel Awards
The Charles and Barbara Hazel Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Economics is awarded annually to the graduating senior (or seniors) who have achieved superior academic performance as economics majors.
