Dennis Charlebois
Dr Dennis Charlebois teaches EMBA 911 - New Business Ventures for the Executive MBA programs at Santa Clara University. Dr Charlebois has taught courses in Entrepreneurship, Pricing Theory & Practice, Venture Capital and core Marketing at Pepperdine, UCLA, Claremont Graduate University, Nova Southeastern University & Lynn University.
Dennis Charlebois is also the President/CEO of d6 Investment & Strategy Group, which provides investment selection/due diligence services to VC firms and startups. Dennis also provides strategic, technology, sales/marketing, operational, and financial services to both startups and to Fortune 1000 companies such as Cisco, Infosys, Honeywell, IBM, and others. Dennis has been an active board member/observer for several companies (OneMob, TitaniumCrypt, OHVA, Savant, IntroPlus, Wireless Note Systems, FLM.tv, Wyreless Access)
In Dennis’ career, he founded or co-founded 8 startups, 1 of which went IPO (Certicom) and 2 successful exits via M&A; Hexis Cyber Solutions to an investment group in Texas and Broadware sold to Cisco.
Dennis was a Partner in H.Roark, a mid-tier Investment Bank, Group President of DRS Technologies Data Systems, Senior Vice President of Pittway Corporation, President of Xetron Corporation, Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at Cardkey Systems, and spent 15 years in various sales and marketing roles with Johnson Controls.
Dennis holds a BS in Engineering from Carleton University, an MBA from Pepperdine University, an MA in Management, an EMBA in Business and a PhD in Executive Management from Claremont Graduate University-Peter F. Drucker Graduate Management Center. Dennis is a board member (emeritus) of the Association for Corporate Growth (Silicon Valley) and a frequent speaker at technology/business conferences.
