Associate Professor, Finance
Her scholarship includes work in empirical corporate finance with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, board networks, entrepreneurship and venture capital, and corporate social responsibility. Her work has been published in several finance, accounting, and economics journals including the Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Accounting and Economics, Review of Accounting Studies, Journal of Economics & Management Strategy, Journal of Business Ethics, and Econometric Theory.
She received her B.A. in Economics from Peking University, and her M.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University. She earned her Ph.D. in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
