Which Calculus Course Should I Take?

There are three calculus sequences: Math 11-14, 30-31, and 35-36.

Math 30 - 31 is for Business majors and some Economics majors.

Math 35 - 36 is for Biology, Public Health, Neuroscience, and Environmental Science majors. Environmental Science majors only take MATH 35.  Note that students in Biology, Neuroscience, or Public Health entering with credit for Math 11 but not Math 12 should take Math 12 to complete the requirements.

Math 11 - 14 is for Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and some gung-ho Economics majors (though Chemistry majors only take Math 11 - 13 and Economics majors only take Math 11 - 12 if they don't take Math 30 - 31).

Those who have AP/transfer credit for Math 11, but not Math 12 should continue to Math 12 regardless of major. All majors requiring calculus will accept Math 11 and 12.
