AKD International Sociology Honor Society
This year, we inducted 11 students into Alpha Kappa Delta International Sociology Honor Society. Alpha Kappa Delta derives its name from the first letters of the three Greek words that together signify the Society’s primary goal, which is to encourage social research for the purpose of service, and the solution of social problems. AKD was founded in 1920 at the University of Southern California. Our SCU chapter, ALPHA MU, was founded in 2000.
